Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home and community settings. Prior or aspiring RBTs receive training and support to earn certification while delivering evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.
• Training and support provided to earn the RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
