Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring dedicated professionals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans and track progress with our clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
