Positions start part-time with flexible scheduling, home- or community-based settings, and a focus on reliable, compassionate care for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices and maintain thorough notes.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families to reinforce progress.
