Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks dedicated individuals to serve children with autism through in-home or center-based ABA services in Oklahoma City. We offer paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and support you every step of the way toward certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation to commute to home or clinic locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned
