Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions and support independence.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team responsible for direct skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
