Job summary

Heartland ABA is looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals.

We offer part-time positions with flexibility, paid training, and new opportunities within a collaborative clinical team. Responsibilities include delivering ABA services in clients' homes or community settings and recording session data precisely.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and help children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
