heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support our clients in the Cedar Rapids area. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, focusing on independence and positive behavior.

The role offers part-time shifts, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive clinical team. Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, recording data, and engaging families to promote progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
