Job summary

Kona Medical Consulting is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with special needs in Virginia. Ideal candidates are energetic and motivated with an interest in Psychology, Special Education, and Applied Behavior Analysis.

The position provides training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to transition into a Board Certified Behavior Analyst role. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $20 to $30 per billable hour based on experience. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Candidates credentialed as an RBT by BACB are preferred.
• Updated certifications in CPR/First Aid, HIPPA, and Child Abuse and Neglect are required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services for children on the autism spectrum.
• Create a fun learning environment to facilitate skill acquisition.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data.
