Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy in Olathe, KS, is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans under a supervising BCBA, collect data, and help families build effective care routines.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality of records.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in care plan development and implementation.
• Maintain and update confidential client records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and workshops.
