Job summary

BK Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in achieving individualized goals. Positions are part-time with a strong emphasis on compassionate care and evidence-based ABA interventions.

RBT certification is required before starting. Services are provided at clients' homes or community-based locations, with paid training and opportunity for professional advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time and require a 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Work as an integral part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
