Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions aimed at promoting independence and positive behavior, while collaborating with a clinical team to ensure effective care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, are patient, compassionate, and capable of maintaining composure in challenging situations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
RBT certification is required before working.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
