Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals through evidence-based ABA interventions. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients in homes or community settings, implement plans, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion, with ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism
• Strong communication and collaboration with families
• RBT certification required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
