Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking an experienced RBT to provide individualized ABA therapy to children from 18 months to school age at our Avon, IN center. You will join a team of clinicians on a structured career path focused on development, training, and advancement toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Background check and drug test at time of hire; safety is Lighthouse's priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement personalized therapy plans.
• Utilize play-based and naturalistic techniques to support progress.
• Document and track each child's development and progress.
• Support Lighthouse's core values in a collaborative team environment.
