Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Paid training provided for new hires.
• Ability to work in clients' homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under clinical supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to reinforce learning at home.
