Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa seeks a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) to join our clinical team providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.

You will implement skill-building and care plans, record data, and collaborate with families to support each child’s independence and positive progress. Training is provided; part-time opportunities with flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
