BK Behavior is seeking a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role includes paid training, data recording, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors, with opportunities for advancement and access to BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required to begin work.
• Willingness to learn and support children with Autism.
• Patience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage families and foster a positive learning environment.
