Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Lewis, IA is seeking a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations.

Position starts part-time with flexible hours and offers paid training, opportunity to gain BCBA supervision pathways, and a supportive clinical team. No experience? No problem—paid training is provided to help you start and grow in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
