BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in Newton, IA. You will support clients' independence and progress under supervision of our clinical team, recording session data and communicating with families.

Positions start part-time with paid training, same-day pay options, and opportunities to grow within the ABA field through BCBA program partnerships. A passion for helping children with autism is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to reinforce strategies and progress.
