Job summary

ABA Therapy of St Lucie is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time W-2 position serving Center and Community settings in Port Saint Lucie, FL. Fluency in English is required to accurately implement individualized ABA treatment plans and data collection.

You will contribute to skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, maintain detailed progress records, and collaborate with families and professionals while upholding BACB ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan
• Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans
• Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, including data sheets, graphs, daily notes, and anecdotal information
• Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client
• Collaborate with the client family and related professionals regarding updates and concerns
• Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with BACB ethical guidelines
• Promptly report incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning and performance improvement
