Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings in Iowa. You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, record data, and support families.

Part-time positions with paid training and opportunities for advancement may be available. Ideal candidates have an RBT certification, willingness to learn, patience, and a calm demeanor; background in education or related fields is

Qualifications

RBT certification required before working.
Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
Patience and compassion when supporting clients and families.
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
