Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients\' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision, track progress, and support families to maximize outcomes.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification, a passion for helping children with Autism, and a willingness to learn. Positions start part-time with flexible hours and opportunities for growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
