Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home and community settings. You’ll implement skill-building plans under supervision, collect session data, and help families apply strategies at home.

No experience? No problem — paid training is provided. Positions start part-time with a six-month commitment, offering flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
