Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team providing in-home services to children with Autism. Positions begin as part-time roles, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

We offer a supportive clinical team, flexible schedules, and rapid onboarding including paid training. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma and RBT certification, with a strong desire to help families achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
