Job summary

Heartland ABA in Nebraska is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision and contribute to positive outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
