Job summary

Heartland ABA in Nebraska is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in home and community settings on a part-time basis.

We offer same-day pay, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within the ABA field. Candidates should be willing to commit to a 6-month engagement and bring compassion, patience, and a positive attitude to our clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and behavior change.
• Play a direct role on the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
