Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks qualified RBTs for part-time roles delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based settings. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support client goals.

All positions start part-time with paid training and opportunities to advance within the ABA field. Flexible scheduling and immediate access to earnings via same-day pay are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
