Job summary

Heartland ABA in Omaha, NE seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, under supervision of our clinical team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and RBT certification; willingness to learn, patience, and calm demeanor. Paid training is provided and Same Day Pay is offered to support our staff. Commitment of at least 6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
