ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) for a Full-Time role in New Castle, DE. Starting pay is $23.50/hr for RBT and $21.25/hr for BT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have minimum 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support across homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
