Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Youth Development Advocate / RBT to join our Union, MO team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior plans with fidelity.

You will collaborate with a dedicated clinical team, record session data, and engage families to reinforce progress. Prior RBT certification is required; paid training is available for those who are new to the field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
