Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home and community settings. You will work part-time providing ABA services and help implement individualized plans under supervision.

Training is provided to obtain the RBT certification, with ongoing support from a clinical team. This role offers flexibility and meaningful impact on families’ lives in Missouri.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain RBT certification prior to service; training provided.
• Patience, compassion, and calmness in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and help children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
