Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism, on a part-time basis in the Missouri area. You will implement individualized programs, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support families.

We provide paid training to obtain the RBT certification and ongoing support after certification. This role offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a lasting impact in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; we provide training and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build meaningful family connections.
