Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement individualized plans created by a BCBA and document progress daily in Central Reach.

The role offers a stable weekday schedule, ongoing ABA training, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have completed high school or equivalent.
• Experience working with children ages 18 months-12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs. and assist with physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist staffing and provide therapy at additional clinic locations as needed.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Respond to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
