Job summary

Able Stars ABA LLC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based interventions.

Ideal candidates have or are pursuing RBT certification, a high school diploma, and strong observation and data-collection skills. We offer hands-on onboarding, ongoing training, growth pathways to BCBA, and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Strong observational, data collection, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs. and stay active with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients at home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Complete timely, individualized session notes meeting company and payer standards.
• Communicate progress and challenges with your BCBA Supervisor.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines, ethics, and funding source requirements.
