Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized ABA plans, collect data, and contribute to progress toward client goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping individuals with autism. Training opportunities and a collaborative team environment are offered to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Flexible, empathetic, patient, client-centered approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community settings.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and BACB standards.
