Job summary

Kansas Behavior Supports is hiring part-time ABA professionals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No experience required; paid training provided. You will be part of a clinical team implementing behavior plans and recording data.

A 40-hour RBT course is required, with a minimum 6-month commitment. Opportunities suit education or related fields, with afternoon or evening hours and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
