Job summary

Kansas Behavior Supports is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing skill-building plans and supporting independence as part of a clinical team.

No prior experience is required—paid training is provided. Part-time roles with flexible afternoon/evening hours, same-day pay, and opportunities to grow in the ABA field, plus a 40-hour RBT course commitment, are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
