Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with autism. We deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA in home, school, and community settings to help children and teens reach meaningful goals.

This full-time role requires open weekday availability from 8am to 7pm, with supervision duties comprising 50% of hours. A $2000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are provided; BCBA coursework tuition assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; willingness to obtain RBT or state ABA license.
• 12+ semester units in ABA with one year of ABA experience OR two years of experience designing/implementing behavior intervention services.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with children with developmental disabilities using ABA principles.
• Weekday afternoon availability required (3-7pm).
• Reliable vehicle with valid in-state driver’s license and insurance; travel ~45 minutes between work locations, with paid drive time.
• Basic computer skills, including tablet use and access to smartphone.

Responsabilités

• Deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings.
• Train, mentor, and coach Behavior Therapists and caregivers through observation, feedback, and modeling.
• Collaborate with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, goal development, and client documentation.
