Job summary
Kyo Autism Therapy, LLC in Arizona is seeking Full-Time Program Supervisors to lead ABA therapy for children with autism, with open availability 8am-7pm and supervision duties included.
Program Supervisors will mentor Behavior Therapists, collaborate with BCBA on assessments and treatment planning, and contribute to program materials and client documentation. A $2000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
- Willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or applicable state ABA license.
- Enrollment in BACB-verified course sequence.
- 12+ semester units in ABA with one year of ABA experience OR two years of ABA design/implementation experience.
- Minimum 2 years working with children with developmental disabilities using ABA.
- Weekday afternoon availability required (3-7pm).
- Willingness to travel ~45 minutes between work locations; valid in-state license and insurance.
- Spanish highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy to support children with autism across home, school, and community.
- Train, mentor, and coach therapists and caregivers through observation, feedback, and modeling.
- Collaborate with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, goal development, and client documentation.
