Job summary

Kyo Autism Therapy in Washington is seeking a Behavior Therapist to deliver play-based ABA therapy for children with autism, supporting goals at home, school, and in the community.

You will collect data, work with families and the clinical team, and participate in ongoing training and credentialing. The role offers weekday afternoon hours (3–7 pm) and a path toward BCBA advancement, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for CBTs and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; willing to obtain and maintain RBT certification or state licensure.
• Schedule includes weekday afternoon availability (3–7 pm).
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background checks and TB testing if applicable.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide play-based ABA therapy to help children achieve meaningful goals at home, school, and community.
• Collect data to track progress and coordinate with caregivers and clinical team.
