Job summary

Kyo is seeking Full-Time Program Supervisors in Oregon to deliver ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. You will mentor therapists, observe sessions, and model best practices to sustain treatment integrity.

Candidates should have a BA/BS, BACB-approved coursework, RBT or ABA license, and 2+ years of ABA experience. Availability Monday–Friday 8am–7pm is required; travel between sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Active RBT or ABA license with BACB sequence.
• At least 12 ABA units or 2 years ABA design/implementation experience.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities using ABA.
• Weekday afternoon availability (3-7pm) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy to children.
• Train, mentor, and coach therapists and caregivers.
• Collaborate with a BCBA on assessments and treatment plans.
