Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, supervise clinical programs, and advance BCBA pathways. You will supervise fieldwork, visit homes and communities, educate families, and ensure high-quality documentation and outcomes.

You will work with Training and Operations teams to maintain fidelity, track progress, and support staff growth while pursuing BCBA certification. This role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence, and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Eligible to enroll or already enrolled in a Master’s program for BCBA.
• 2+ years of related ABA experience or 1 year + 12 ABA units.

Responsibilities

• Coach Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching and evaluation.
• Conduct home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
