Job summary

PBS Corp. in Port Ludlow, WA seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and coordinate with regional teams to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

The role requires active state licensure and a BA with fieldwork hours; duties include scheduling, supervising staff, approving time off, and ensuring all E‑Sign and compliance forms are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from WA-recognized program; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WA rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
