Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program and complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the development of supervisees.
