The role requires an active state license and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, alongside 1000 field work hours and one year of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Completion of at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Supervised experience requirement under WAC 246‑805‑230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards.
