Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery. The ideal candidate will show strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership while supporting team growth.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours, one year of experience in ABA.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program with 135 classroom hours in behavior‑analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
