Job summary

Hawaii Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced ABA Program Manager to lead our ABA program team across Hawaii. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive growth while maintaining regulatory compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role requires strategic leadership, data-informed decision making, and collaboration with clinicians, families, and external partners to improve access and outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years in leadership, management, or program operations.
• Experience managing teams and service delivery in healthcare/ABA.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common tech tools.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians, families, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and overall ABA program performance.
• Support program growth, financial viability, and performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain operations, documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance, quality standards, and service metrics.
• Recruit, develop, train, and retain ABA staff.
• Coordinate with clients, families, referrals, and internal teams.
