Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local requirements
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
