Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting team growth. The role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification is required.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification requirements.
