Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee high-quality behavioral health service delivery for clients in California. You will coordinate regional teams, ensure licensure-aligned practice, and mentor supervisees to support professional growth.

Role includes scheduling, documentation completion, and adherence to clinical and ethical standards. Both full-time and part-time positions offered with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification required.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including e-sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
