Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Program Manager in California to oversee program implementation, coordinate regional teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery with strong clinical judgment.

You will mentor supervisees, manage scheduling, ensure documentation compliance, and participate in performance reviews, while benefiting from flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or BCaBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including e-sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
